CARE GLASSMAN
I started my journey as a pediatrician. I have over 25 years of experience helping other people's children thrive. But when my own kids hit middle school, I found myself lying awake at night rehearsing conversations with their teachers and guidance counselors.
I'd collapse at my desk Monday mornings saying "TGIM. Thank God It's Monday, I can’t do another weekend with my own kids.” Looking around me, surrounded by pediatricians, I realized we were all stuck in the same over-parenting rat race even though we’re trained professionals.
Have you ever been trying your hardest, doing your best, taking everything you’ve ever been taught and working really hard at it... and getting nowhere? That's because "they" tell us we have to keep doing more, investing more, monitoring more.
In a sleepless, panicked moment, Einstein’s words echoed: everything is relative. That shift unlocked the Parent Reset Code™ — a four-step parenting shortcut that swaps exhaustion for clarity.
Today, I work with overwhelmed families to show them that breakthrough moments don't require more effort. They require the right perspective. Because parenting shouldn't feel this hard.
